Since 1986 Sound Telecom has been providing telephone answering services to businesses, large and small, across the country. You’ve likely heard of some of them: American Red Cross, Boeing, Microsoft, to name just a few. Their support, loyalty and positive word-of-mouth has helped us excel for decades.

Clutch uses a proprietary methodology, based on a dozen qualitative and quantitative factors, to find and analyze service firms. They then plot these firms on a Leaders Matrix. We were identified as a market leader based on Clutch’s analysis.

Part of the process includes direct, one-on-one interviews with service providers’ clients. Their feedback is one of the most heavily weighted elements of the analysis and we’re very gratified by their positive comments.
