Sonny Beauchamp is the President of Diamond Drilling Industries Inc. They are an international wholesale drill bit supply company. Back when they first got started, it was a small operation that consisted of just Sonny and a couple other employees. In 2001, Sonny started traveling the globe searching for quality drilling equipment. By 2006, he had developed his own PDC Bit, which revolutionized the industry. Thanks to his hard work, Diamond Drilling Industries Inc. continued to grow. And grow. And grow.

That growth meant things got busier and busier, and more and more calls started coming in. When Diamond Drilling Industries Inc. was a small operation, Sonny was usually the only person callers were trying to reach by phone. But as they grew, people would call his phone. A lot. Sounds like a good problem, right? Sure, but it also posed some issues.
