Our History

Our history was forged by providing premium services with commitment to quality and consistent improvement over the years. We value genuine, long-term relationships with our customers and focus on their needs, thoughts, concerns, and objectives. We always have and always will.

Early Years

Founded in 1986 by Michael LaBaw, Sound Telecom provided business support and telephone answering services to its customers during business hours for the first two years. In 1988, the company expanded its telephone answering services to 24/7/365 to meet the expanding needs of its customers and marketplace.

Culture

Sound Telecom was focused on the Vision to build a legacy of excellence one call at a time and made several strategic acquisitions in the first 10 years of operation that enabled it to expand its service offerings to include inbound order taking for large companies.
